CC-Copilot is on GitHub

Added CC-Copilot to Projects now that the repository is public on GitHub.

It is a read-only cockpit for supervising coding-agent sessions: re-entry recaps, grounded Q&A, safety verdicts, handoffs, and attention queues without injecting supervision chatter into the working agent’s main context.

The project page now points at Audiofool934/cc-copilot and can sync repository metadata plus README content into the site.
