Two aircraft crossed the rising Moon eight minutes apart over southern Beijing.

At 400 mm, the view collapses into three things: the lunar surface, a black silhouette, and the fraction of a second in which they align. At 241 mm, the wider frame restores the city and the open night.

The aircraft never approached the Moon. It only entered the same line of sight.
